Before the parade passes by....

While in Idaho we caravaned to Boise to see the little Boise parade.
I actually love parades, Bob wasn't as thrilled, but enjoyed it once we got there.
The most interesting floats, vehicles, pageant ladies, school kids, clowns, a few marching bands and even a few paramedics following an ambulance. These paramedics were doing a dance routine with stretchers... totally entertaining! You've got to see one of the pictures (which was taken on Rebecca's camera). When Rebecca saw the Boise Bronco truck and the Mascot "Buster", Rebecca knew she wanted a picture with him. The "Buster"was skateboarding along the route. Rebecca told Bob to get the bronco's attention. "Hey Buster.. over here..come over here." The bronco did as he was asked and as he skateboarded over he ran right into a clown (Obviously he didn't have all his vision, he being in a horse head costume). I just about died. Bob helped the clown back onto her bike and I got the picture of Rebecca with the Buster the bronco. In the meantime our niece Amy, (From Texas, going to BYU Idaho)who by the way is deathly afraid of any costumed person.. was practically back to the parking lot where we parked the car. It was quite comical. Enjoy the pictures. Oh yea, and did I tell you Cheryl Crow was there (Remember, Derek's favorite singer... there was no "soaking up the sun.. it was raining).. well, you'll have to look at the pictures to see her.
