Last night was the church Christmas party.
We had yummy food, great conversation, a cute program put on by the children, and than... you guessed it, the big man in the red suit showed up.
Derek was just as eager as the rest of the kids.
Thanks Santa and Santa's Elf for the great goody bag, and the nice little "visit". I sure hope you come through with the Kit Kat bar Derek wants! Merry Christmas to you.. Ho Ho Ho

I had so much fun reading your blog and looking at all of the fun pictures. What a great place you have. It was so fun to see your parents living the farm life. They are wonderful people. Your dad is such a great man. He was more than just a choir teacher to so many of us. I really admired him and wanted him to be proud of me. Ensemble was so much fun, but once again, it was more than just a choir. I really made up my mind that year who and what I wanted to be. I am so grateful to your Dad for being such an inspiration. Your mom is so gracious and sweet.
