Dinner & Fun with the Elders
Saturday night we had our two missionaries over for dinner. We also had a GREAT, FUN, ALWAYS welcomed in our home couple.. the Roberts over as well.
Elder Schmeig & Elder Vaughn seem to be a great companionship.
This is for the Elder's families. Since they can only talk twice a year... we thought a few pictures could help in the "missing them" category.
(Elder Schmieg did say that hearing all about the Draper, Utah temple dedication has made him a little homesick) We also heard during dinner that Elder Vaughn is going to live in Oregon when he grows up!!! I guess Oregon appeals to him better than Texas.
Here are a few pictures from our night. (Sorry Roberts, how did we miss you in the photo's?)
Our son Taylor is home for Spring Break. He has this "totally awesome" double decker bike. The missionaries couldn't wait to try it out. I seriously was praying that neither of them were going to need hospitalization.. or a seamstress to fix their ripped pants!
Enjoy

"My 3 Sons"
Do any of you remember the "My 3 Son's" TV series?
Well I do. Anyway, yesterday Taylor came home from college. We love Spring Break.
Robert came over to hang out with Taylor tonight... I thought for a moment. "Oh my goodness, my 3 sons are all together." So before doing anything I grabbed the ol' camera and had my dad take some pictures. We were trying for the mountains in the background, but no luck.
I'm going to enjoy my rough and tough big guys!
Yes Uncle Dee.. we did get snow!
My Uncle Dee from California was at a swim meet for his grandson(Who live in Hawaii and were competing in Washington) called us from the airport in Washington and told us about the snow that was being dumped there. He warned us we were going to be next. "Not us" I thought... but sure enough, we woke up to snow. I was out with my dad breaking the ice in the pond and hurried in before the snow stopped to get my mom to take a picture of us. Here we are. Maybe this will be the last snow of the season..???
